2. What this agreement covers

These Terms govern your use of the Poker Replay website, app, and services (collectively “the Service”). By using Poker Replay, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Accounts and access

You may create an account using email/password, Google, or Apple sign-in through Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for all activity on your account and must keep your login secure. Poker Replay may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or the law.

4. Public content

Users can create, upload, or share poker hand replays and videos. All such content is public and viewable by anyone. By posting, you grant Poker Replay a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, host, and distribute your content for the operation and promotion of the Service. You must own or have rights to any content you share and agree not to upload anything illegal or infringing.

5. Payments and digital goods

Poker Replay may offer paid features such as editing rights, table designs, or custom avatars. Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are handled by trusted third-party providers. Digital goods are delivered immediately and are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Ads and promotions

The Service may display ads, affiliate links, or sponsored content. Poker Replay is not responsible for third-party websites or offers linked through ads.

7. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service to break any law or promote illegal activity.
  • Do not interfere with the Service or other users.
  • Do not attempt to copy, reverse engineer, or resell the platform.

8. Intellectual property

All rights in Poker Replay's software, design, and branding remain with Kevin Schmidt. You may not use the Poker Replay name or logo without written permission.

9. No warranty

Poker Replay is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or accuracy of any content.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Poker Replay and Kevin Schmidt are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Your only remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using Poker Replay.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date shows when the latest version took effect. Continued use means you accept the changes.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by German law. If a dispute arises, the courts of Germany will have jurisdiction.
