Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use Poker Replay for free?
Yes. You can create and share interactive replays and videos for free.
Do I need to register for Poker Replay?
No registration is required to use Poker Replay. You can start creating and sharing replays immediately.
Can I use Poker Replay videos in my own projects?
Yes, you can use Poker Replay videos in your own projects, but there are some limitations. If you want to remove the Poker Replay branding (watermark) or edit the video, you'll need to pay on a per-video basis.
Are all replays public?
Yes, all replays are publicly accessible and can be viewed by anyone. This keeps sharing as simple as sending a link, without requiring accounts or logins for viewers.
Can I edit a hand after creating it?
Not currently. Once a hand is created, you cannot edit the actions or structure of the replay. If you want to change something, you need to recreate the hand.
Can I delete a replay?
Not yet. Replays you create remain online and publicly accessible. The idea is to keep sharing as frictionless as possible: if you send someone a link, they can view it without any extra steps. Deletion controls may be added in the future.
Can I make a replay private or password-protected?
No. At the moment, all replays are public and there is no private or password-protected mode. This ensures that anyone with the link can view your replay instantly, without needing to sign up or log in.
How long are replays stored?
Replays are intended to be stored for the long term while Poker Replay is running and the feature remains available. There is currently no automatic expiry and no manual delete option.
Can I embed a replay on my website or blog?
There is no dedicated embed code yet. You can embed the replayer via an iframe, link directly to the replay page, or download the video and upload it to your own site or platform. A simple copy-paste embed feature is in development.
Can I download the video without branding/watermark?
A non-branded version is not available as a self-serve feature yet. If you need a video without the Poker Replay watermark, contact us at contact@pokerreplay.com and we can provide it on a per-video basis.
Can I upload a hand history file instead of entering everything manually?
Not yet. Uploading or importing hand histories from poker rooms or tracking software is not supported at the moment, but it's something that may be added later.
Does Poker Replay support tournaments, cash games, and mixed games?
Poker Replay supports regular cash games and tournaments. Mixed games are not supported yet.
Can I customize the table theme, avatars, or card designs?
Customization is limited for now. You can change the title of your replay and enable a 4-color deck. More customization options (such as table designs, avatars, and themes) are planned for the future.
Will my replays work on all devices (iOS, Android, desktop)?
Yes. Poker Replay is built for modern web browsers on both desktop and mobile. If your device can run an up-to-date browser (such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge), your replays should work on iOS, Android, and desktop.
Is audio supported in the replay or exported videos?
No. Poker Replay currently does not support audio in the interactive replayer or in exported videos.
Are replays searchable?
There is no public search or browse function for all replays. Replays are accessed directly via their unique link. If you have an account, you can access your own replays through History, Favorites, and My Hands, but these sections only show your personal activity and do not provide global search.
Can I report inappropriate content?
Yes. If you find a replay that is abusive, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate, please send an email to contact@pokerreplay.com and include the replay link and any relevant details.
Can I share replays directly to social platforms? Which ones?
Yes. You can share replays in three ways:
- Use the share button to trigger your device's native share feature and send the replay directly to social platforms and messaging apps. The available apps depend on what your device supports and which apps accept the shared format.
- Download the video and upload it to any platform that supports video.
- Copy the link and post it anywhere you like.
